Shambhavi Sharma
Leadership experience expanded through the role of MUN Director General. The conference served as a
proving ground with hundreds of delegates debating global crises including space wars and
technological ethics. The position required inspiring collaboration and crafting solutions under
pressure.
The role involved extensive research, combining scientific data such as carbon emission statistics
with diplomatic strategies. During debates, responsibilities included mediating conflicts,
synthesizing diverse ideas, and guiding committees toward effective resolutions.
Shambhavi serves as the Director General for INTER SMUN, where she not only leads with vision but
also empowers others with purpose. With a deep passion for diplomacy and global affairs, she plays a
pivotal role in shaping the conference's strategic direction and ensuring that every committee runs
with professionalism.
Shambhavi was selected to represent her school at the prestigious Strawberry Fields MUN 2023, where
she served as a delegate in the UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees). Her selection
reflected not only her strong understanding of international relations but also her ability to think
critically and speak with empathy on global humanitarian issues.
